I had a great experience ordering this item. I ordered it in a 5x5 size and wasn't happy with it where I received it. It would have also cost more to send it because of its size. I called customer service and talked with Rob. He quickly said they would replace it and he modified the size to 5x7 and I received it within days. Got many ompliments on it from people who received it. Would order again from them. Great, exactly what I hoped for.
