Mr. Penguin celebrates the holidays, including Christmas and Hanukkah, with a flag of Belgium vest he got on his Belgian travels. He is a Belgian Penguin Flag or drapeau belge pingouin. To choose a different color, again, click on CUSTOMIZE or CUSTOMIZE IT and remove the colors you do not want.
