About This Design

Big Ben Postcard

Big Ben is officially the name of the bell that chimes every quarter hour, but everybody calls this magnificent clock-tower Big Ben. It is an icon of London. Photogrpaphed from the middle of Westminster Bridge with another icon of London, a red bus, just coming over the bridge. The east elevation has had a little re-touching as it was covered in scaffold when this photograph was taken
