I ordered 4 binders and love them except for 1 that had a minor issue with it. I wasn't 100% happy with the item, so I called up Zazzle customer service and told them about it, and they were wonderful! They completely understood, gave me a credit, and I ordered a replacement binder with no hassle whatsoever!
We all know that if we purchase enough items, we're bound to get something that isn't right eventually.
