Product was as advertised. Seems to be of good quality, only time will tell. Our daughter really liked it. When we ordered, the web site said to allow 3 buisiness days for personalized key chain so we paid for next day shipping. The order was placed late Wed night and the key chain was received on Friday. Next time we will call to see how much time they need for processing before we pay $17 for shipping. Fantastic, we were able to position the message exactly where we wanted. All was GREAT
