Proofread everything and double-check every piece of custom text and imagery. In the design tool, you’ll see an etched green line around your design. Keep all important info within these lines to ensure they’re printed as anything beyond these lines may be cut off. To avoid white or distorted borders, make sure to extend the background colors to the broken gray line in the Zazzle design tool. With our Worry-Free Review and Delivery service, our design tool experts will hand-check your design details before we print your order. Once you’ve created your design, it’ll be stored in your account under 'Saved Designs' if you need to change the date or event location.

Invitations for weddings should be ordered 6 to 12 months in advance, while birthday and graduation invitations should be ordered 6 to 8 weeks beforehand. The earlier you receive them the better, as this will allow you extra time to review the finished product and get a head-start on the preparation for your event. Foil invitations are made within 3 business days, whereas non-foil invitations will take 2 business days in production. When it comes to shipping, we’ve got expedited shipping services like Zip PLUS, Zip, Express, and Standard. On the product page, above the quantity drop-down, the 'Order today with expedited shipping and get it by...' option will show you the estimated delivery date. Click on the date provided and add your ZIP code for a breakdown of possible delivery dates.

There’s no minimum order requirement to purchase our invitations. If you'd to place an order for a single card to check all your printed details in person, you can simply purchase one invitation before committing to a full run. You can always come back and order more, or make edits to the design you originally ordered. At the far right of the main design frame, there’s a drop-down menu of different quantities ranging from 1 to 10 and rising in 10s thereafter (20,30…). Alternatively, you can click into the box itself and order a specific amount.

Outside of that, there’s a 50% quantity discount on invitation orders over 50. The total price of your order will be highlighted on the product page, where you'll see the original price without any discounts (the number in a smaller font, typically crossed out) as well as the total price with any qualifying discounts (the number in a larger font, bold font).

When you find an invite you like, there’ll be options to print or download them through the ‘Choose Your Format’ dropdown on the main product page. For an e-vite, click on Instant Download. This will change the main image, but don’t worry, it’s just a glimpse of how the invitation will appear on your phone. Next, click on ‘Personalize this Design’ and make any necessary changes to the design template. When you’re finished and checked out, you’ll receive an email with your e-vite after purchase which’ll offer a choice between high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF file formats. Zazzle Events also allows you to send invitations via text, tracking RSVPs and allowing guests to chat and share photos. There’s no need to download an app, which means you can use your preferred mobile or desktop browser.

• Foil Invitations: Add an eye-catching metallic shine in shades of Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold. Keep the foil additions for things like names, dates and decorative accents to make your invite truly shine.
• Letterpress Invitations: These invitations are typically chosen for wedding-type celebrations as it's a printing technique you can both see and feel. Letterpress invitations work best on cotton cardstock due to the soft and flexible fibres and there’s less chance of breakage under pressure. We have 2 cardstock options to choose from: Premium Cotton and Signature Cotton with two color choices, white or off-white.
• Acrylic Invitations: Depending on the formality of your event, you can choose between Clear Acrylic or Frosted as the basis of your invitations. From there, you’ve a choice between 4 sizes and 2 corner styles. If you want an extra thick invitation set, it’s an extra $2.10+ (available on the 5 x 7 size only). Envelopes can also be added.

• Save the Dates: Our Save the Dates can be matched to any of our invitations through edits of your own or by checking if the Creator has uploaded a Collection of matching products. You’ll find any corresponding collection items under the invitation design, beneath the Frequently Bought Together and Shop this Collection headings.
• Envelopes: Browse thousands of envelope styles across 4 different sizes, 2 paper types, and 18 background colors (along with your own custom color). Personalize the inner flap with matching artwork or text to complete your invitation suite.
• Mailing Accessories: A self-inking stamp or a set of return address labels handles the front of the envelope, where the post office needs your address clean and readable. Save the hand embosser for the flap, since a raised impression is more about the moment someone turns the envelope over than about legibility.
