Black and Gold Glitter Retirement Party Sign

The sign arrived damaged (shipping container was not). There was a very noticeable crease on the front of the sign that made it look really bad and non-usable. I messaged zazzle and sent photos of the sign. They promptly initiated the replacement process which was nice. However, the second sign was damaged on the back side. There was no time to do another replacement as the party was 2 days after the arrival of the second sign. Thankfully, since the damaged areas were on opposite sides of the two signs we were able to flip them and tape them together so that the good sides of both were visible. Not ideal, but it worked out ok. I would hesitate to order another sign from this shop since both came damaged. I do appreciate the quick turnaround to replace, but it would have been nice if they had checked for damage prior to shipping both.

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
