Black and White Monogram Personalized Tote Bags

this was the perfect bridesmaid gift, just the right size for carrying their wedding day necessities and I love that each one was able to be personalized. great! no bleeding, cute design

I like the size of the bag. It matched the dimensions given in the description. The color of the bag was deep and met my expectations. The monogram I was a little disappointed with. I thought it would be darker than it is. It almost looks a bit "worn" in places. Overall, I would order again but maybe not a customized product.

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.
