Black and White Round Wedding Throw Pillow

I love Zazzle, and will continue to shop here, but overall I was disappointed with this product. First, it took a week to ship, when I paid extra for express one-day shipping. I contacted customer support and they graciously refunded me the shipping costs. However, the product was a disappointment as well. When the package arrived, I realized that one side was the mint green I had chosen, while the other was black. Upon reviewing my order, I realized that this was in fact my own mistake, as I had not selected mint green for both sides; however, I believe there should be some sort of different set up, as having a pillow with two different colored sides is (I'd guess) less desired than a single-color pillow. So yes, the dual colors were my fault, and my feedback is to adjust the customization process. However, the two sides of the pillow also did not line up - one side was rotated about 10 degrees from the other, so they were not symmetrical. This was definitely not user error on my end, as this was not an option I could choose. Thankfully the giftee liked the pillow still, or at least pretended to, but I won't be buying this product again. Skewed/rotated on one side, not good.
