The retractable banner came in excellent condition, within the estimated time of arrival, and the printing is awesome!!! I’m so happy with the product. I ordered from another company before and their team kept sending me a banner stand that was poorly put together and it ruined two banners that I ordered . So light and easy to put together. You turn the feet, straighten out the pole (it comes undone in 3 places), pull the sign up, and hook it on to the pole. I was nervous that the logo would be extremely blurry, because of the warning that popped up about its size. It turned out good though!
