Printed pictures on cup look great. The quality of the item is very cheap I was not aware that it would be a slippery feel for the cup was hoping it was one of those rugged type of cups also the plastic film over the cup has a bunch of hard bubbles all over it. So it just looks and feels like the seller did not care to put to much effort into it the product. I was very disappointed in the final product and will not be re purchasing this insulated cup again.
