About This Design

Blackbeard Fleece Blanket

Blackbeard Fleece Blanket

Blackbeard, whose real name was likely Edward Teach, was one of the most infamous pirates of the Golden Age of Piracy in the early 18th century. Born around 1680 in England, Teach became known for his fearsome appearance, characterized by his long, black beard, which earned him the moniker "Blackbeard." He entered piracy in the West Indies and later gained notoriety in the American colonies and the West Atlantic. Blackbeard's flagship, the Queen Anne's Revenge, was a former French slave ship that he equipped with 40 guns, making it a formidable vessel. Blackbeard's legend grew as he engaged in acts of piracy along the American coast and in the Caribbean. His reputation for ruthlessness and intimidation often led to the surrender of his targets without a fight. In 1718, a naval expedition led by Lieutenant Robert Maynard of the Royal Navy engaged Blackbeard off the coast of North Carolina. In a fierce battle, Blackbeard was killed, and his head was severed and hung from the bow of Maynard's ship. The demise of Blackbeard marked the end of his notorious pirate career, but his legend and the mystery surrounding his buried treasure have persisted in maritime lore for centuries.

This product I bought for my sister and when I seen it I was so upset that I did not buy my self one. It's beautiful ,the quality the texture and the images all were perfect. Great. I even used some old photos that I had to find from my family websites and they still came out great.

The product is so soft and I would recommend to you to purchase. I myself have ordered close to 20 and am giving as gifts. Because my pictures are not the right resolution for the larger size they are a little blurry but the overall results are great.
