Blimp Airship Plaque
A blimp, or non-rigid airship, is a floating airship without an internal supporting framework, or keel. A non-rigid airship differs from a semi-rigid airship and a rigid airship (e.g., a Zeppelin) in that it does not have any rigid structure, neither a complete framework nor a partial keel, to help the airbag maintain its shape. Rather, these aircraft rely on both a higher pressure of the lifting gas (usually helium) inside the envelope and the strength of the envelope itself. The part underneath is called the buckle. I had a favorite photo that was take during a recent trip to France done for gifting purposes as an 8x10 and the results were outstanding. While the photo looks professional, it has even more meaniing to us, since it's a treasured memory that we ourselves caputred Since this one turned out so great, I immediately ordered additional photo plaques in various sizes to share other memorable moments. Thank you Zazzle for offering this amazing item. While I opted to not indlude printing on this particular plaque, however, I did include printing on the other placques that I ordered and the printing came out as I requested in my plaque design.
