Well, I was a little hesitant about purchasing from Zazzle, what if something went wrong, it is personalized.. I took a deep breath and bought it. I was so excited when it arrived, opened the box, pulled out the sign..... and it's bent, I don't mean a little, I mean bent, creased all the a cross the board. I'm thinking this is going to be a nightmare.. so I emailed them, thinking it's not going to do me any good, I've just wasted $40.. they replied right away... I'm a little shocked, they ask me to send pictures, so I send pictures, the reply right away again. They replaced the picture, I received it really fast with no damage. So needless to say I will recommend them to everyone.. they exceeded my expectations.. The picture was prefect, well the second one was. 😃
