We had ordered this ~a month prior to our wedding. The first one came with a huge crease in the middle. However, the customer service was great, they sent us a new one a week later and it came a couple of weeks before the wedding and looked great. Would recommend! Looked great! Colors and design looked the same as online.

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
