BMX cycles were a big hit in the 1980s, and every kid either had one or wanted one. Whether it was racing or freestyling tricks, the BMX and its unique features of styling, strength and agility made it a massively popular item. When films featured the BMX it became even more sought after. The film ET even saw BMX bikes flying, although attempts to recreate this in real life met with limited success. This 1980s style BMX Championships 1986 design is perfect for a child of the Eighties or someone who remembers the time with great fondness. It's also great for the BMXers of today - although the days where every kid had one have gone, BMXing as a sport has continued and is still a breathtaking demonstration of skill and athleticism.

My 11 yo wore adult XL (5’7” 165#). The 8yo is small framed. She wore adult small and tied it in the back. Dark haired male wore adult large and 5’9”, 110# female wore adult medium . Good quality dark Heather gray, Gildan brand shirt. -it was next up from basic choice and cost about $20 per shirt. Not too thick or thin. Washed and dried well, no major shrinkage. Not see-through. Can wear a bra under it fine. Screen print is just as shown and well done, front and back.
