Unfortunately when I received my bridal shower welcome sign it was damaged...had a big crease/dent right through the middle...the shipping packaging does not appear damaged so I can only assume it was packaged in this condition by the seller. If not for the damage it would have beautiful...

After ordering this product three times. I finally received it today. It is not bent which is wonderful.
When I ordered it it states apply on foam board 1,2,3,4 etc. So since the first two arrived bent, I selected two foam boards thinking it would help not be bent.
Instead i received two Welcome signs and was charged for two welcome signs. Not what I expected. I had a credit on my account so really did not pay attention to order total.
VERY misleading and frustrated about it all. Would really like to be compensated for one! Printing is what I expected.

The poster is like the example except for the 5-inch crease, as shown in the attached three photos. The packaging wasn't damaged, so this didn't happen during shipment. For $70, I expected perfect. .
