Compassion (1897) by William-Adolphe Bouguereau (Style: Academicism)
Compassion is a painting by French academic painter William Adolphe Bouguereau. The painting shows Jesus Christ hanging on the cross, with an older man standing next to him carrying a large cross. The man can be interpreted as a representation of humankind, as he hugs the fragile body of Christ.
The painting is not a reference to any passages in the Bible. Bouguereau was particularly proud of Compassion and presented it twice: at the Salon des Artistes français (French artists fair) in 1897, and at the 1900 Universal Exhibition.

I've been trying to find a dinosaur purse for a while now and I'm so glad I came across this one! I wanted a dinosaur print that was also cloth material. This purse is perfect and just what I was looking for! I've been obsessed with dinosaurs since I was little and this purse is perfect. I think I'm going to add a closure to it but that's easy and cheap to do. The 2 pockets are big and fit a lot and the zipper pocket is perfect for small items you don't want to use. I will recommend this shop to everyone! The printing came out just as pictured!
