Boxer, Art Deco Dog Postcard

Boxer, Art Deco Dog Postcard A fawn Boxer with a dark mask stands tall on a Mediterranean terrace in a rust-orange jacket trimmed with gold. His crisp cream shirt is buttoned to the top, his soft folded ears frame a wrinkled brow, and his earnest brown eyes look straight at you. Sailboats pass a hillside temple behind him, cypress trees line the cliffs, and he looks every bit the loyal companion ready for a coastal drive. That bold, honest spirit shapes the design. The Boxer's muscular fawn coat and black mask are rendered in strong faceted planes against a radiant ringed sunburst. The warm rust tailoring glows against the teal sea, and a stepped gold frame surrounds him like the doorway of a 1920s motor club. Teal water and a pale sky meet polished gold, deep emerald, black lacquer, and ruby red. Emerald-marble panels, stepped geometric rails, gold fan crowns at the top and bottom, and a gold paw-print medallion in every corner frame the scene, while the bold black BOXER title plaque completes the luxurious Art Deco presentation. On the reverse, a warm ivory writing field sits within a gold, black, emerald, and ruby frame, with a gold paw-print medallion at each corner. A golden dog in a jeweled collar looks out from a sunlit terrace above the Mediterranean, framed by cypress, temples, and sailboats at sunset, a sweet companion scene for the Boxer on the front. The paw-crested Art Deco Postcard Collection emblem, address lines, and stamp box complete a card that feels finished on both sides. • Boxer with a black mask, dressed in rust orange, above a Mediterranean bay • Radiant Art Deco sunburst, gold-trimmed lapels, and crisp cream shirt • Polished gold geometry, emerald marble panels, ruby accents, and gold paw medallions • Matching Art Deco back with writing space, address lines, and stamp box • Part of the Art Deco Postcard Collection
