I am the Princess in my house and when I saw this I knew it was for me. The lettering is a nice bright pink, not washed out. It washes nicely too. I have put it in the dishwasher and it's been fine. It's a regular sized cup, perfect for my morning cup of tea. I didn't go looking for it, it found me. I am very happy with this mug! Printing is beautifully bright and pink, very clear, well made

The quality of the mug and printing are great, and my wife was very excited to receive this present. I have called her my princess since before we were married, and now all of her employees do too. As such, this seemed to be the perfect mug for her to keep at work. My only contention is not with Zazzle, per se, but with UPS who thought it a good idea to transfer the package to their Mail Innovations facility to have the USPS finish the delivery. Since the USPS does not utilize UPS tracking numbers, this meant that my wife's present was not only late by a week and a half, but was also untrackable during that time. When I finally was able to contact someone at Mail Innovations, I discovered that the "phone drones" only have access to the same information I could access on my own computer. The print color and quality are top notch, and just what I had expected.
