Got a call early this month from the widow of a guy who was in his youth an aspiring magician, and who collected tons of old magic/magician posters, and other items. The other items are SUPER cool, and I’m really hoping she’ll let me buy them from her. I digress. Unlike some of the other magicians on some of his other posters, there’s very little on the ‘net about Brush the Mystic, shown here executing his ‘Hindu Basket’ trick. Obscure he may but, this image appears - marvelously, magically and awesomely - on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including jigsaw puzzles. Wanna see more old? The puzzle was ok. The pieces were really small and they don’t include a blueprint to use. Which would be fine if the photo on the front of the box was larger, but it’s also very small and not really useful for details. I don’t think I’d buy another one from Zazzle until they start providing at least some sort of reference photo. .
