I think you will agree the texture in the paper and in the design will enhance the design. Felt would be my second choice. Basic is more like the weight of a basic envelope as the name suggests but is still very pretty and the recycled is much like the basic. So for a heavier weight go with the felt or linen. The felt will give a ivory tone to the colors but the linen is white and will show the true colors. If you have invitations you should match the papers if it is important to have the colors the same tone.
