Buddha T-Shirt

This T-shirt is aimed to correct common misconception on who or what is a Buddha, as many non-buddhists as well as buddhists thought that Buddha is a God like any other religion. This is absolutely wrong ! The term Buddha means "The Awakened One", or "The Enlightened One". Buddha was an "ordinary" human like you and me before he became enlightened. He was not born a Buddha, but became a Buddha by his own efforts. The Buddha laid stress on this important point, and left no room for any one to fall into the error of thinking that he was an immortal being. This is important as he sets an example for what we too can achieve if we are to put effort in practising his teachings.
