When you order invitations from us, we’ll include appropriate-sized white envelopes based on the size of the invitations of your purchase. However, if you don’t want or already have envelopes and want to just receive the invitations, you can opt out of receiving the envelopes.

You can also order envelopes with different designs instead of plain white envelopes if you want your envelopes to have special designs.

The best time to send out invitations is typically 2-3 months before the event for small or medium sized events. For example, you’d want to send out your holiday party invitations 2-3 months ahead of time. You’ll want to order your invitations about 2 weeks before you send them out, so the best time to order your invitations from us is about 2.5-3.5 months ahead of time. This allows your guests to plan accordingly and helps to maximize the chance that a guest can come.

For large events like weddings, you’ll want to give your invitees more notice than for standard events. Order your wedding invitations and envelopes about 4.5-6.5 months in advance to send your invitations 4-6 months before the special day.

For our invitations, you can print on both the front and back whether it’s for a design by one of our creators that already exists or a completely new design you create or customize.

You can edit the design on the back through our Design Tool and selecting "Layers." By customizing the back of your Budget Bondi Blue Monochrome Wedding Invitation, you can have a more complete invitation and present more information to your potential guests, but don’t worry - you don’t have to add a design to the back if you prefer to just have a design in the front.

You’ll want to consider using high-definition printing, or HD printing, for important or larger images.

With our HD printing, we use CMYK ink to better generate a larger variety of images for better color accuracy, particularly when used for light pastel colors and skin tones. High-definition printing helps photos look livelier. This is because the colors will seem brighter and more realistic as lines will be crisper and details will be more clear, which is particularly important for larger images. Large images without HD printing may seem pixelated and low-quality.

There are a number of paper types available to choose from in our paper collection. Our core paper types include Basic Semi-Gloss, Signature Matte, Signature Double-Thick, Premium Linen, Premium Pearlescent, and Premium Soft Touch. We only offer the highest quality paper options for our products.

We offer multiple size options for you to choose from. The 5"x7" is the most popular but all sizes have been selected based on popular invitation sizes customers buy. Be creative and pick a size that fits your event and style!
