Vertical Retractable Banner
I am extremely disappointed with this retractable banner. I received the Business Logo Minimalist QR Code Vertical Retractable Banner and it arrived completely unusable. The printing has a noticeable pink tint around my logo, and the banner itself is damaged. It will not retract back into the base at all, no matter how carefully I try. The entire mechanism seems faulty.
This was meant for an upcoming event, and now I cannot use it at all. For the price and the purpose, this is unacceptable. I expected a professional quality banner and instead received something defective and poorly printed. Very frustrated and definitely would not recommend based on this experience.

The retractable banner came in excellent condition, within the estimated time of arrival, and the printing is awesome!!! I’m so happy with the product. I ordered from another company before and their team kept sending me a banner stand that was poorly put together and it ruined two banners that I ordered . I share that to say that I’m so relieved that this seller knows how to do it. Highly recommend!!!
