The size is true to description; however, since the image is so faded, it doesn't even matter. We have ordered a few things from Zazzle over the past 2 years. There has never been an issue with the product nor delivery time. This was such a disappointment. The look on my daughter's face on Christmas morning was upsetting. The image was faded overall. The face especially was barely distinguishable. Very poor quality.
