Lime Green Cancer Ribbon represents and supports everyone who is affected by lymphoma cancer. This design is dedicated to create awareness for Hodgkin's Lymphoma Cancer. Lymphoma is the most common cancer in dogs and closely resembles Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in people. Fortunately people respond very well to treatment. Although lymphoma is often initially responsive to chemotherapy, long term survival in dogs is rare. The cause of lymphoma in dogs is not known. Our Designs tell a Story. We have found our calling after the tragic loss of our beloved Puppy “Lucky”. She was only 1 1/2 years of age and lost her Fight to Hodgkins Lymphoma only 9 weeks after initial diagnosis. While this cancer often affects older pets, when young dogs get diagnosed, the cancer is often more aggressive. Help us create Awareness and Hope for dogs like Lucky. There is no Cure for Lymphoma in dogs at this time and less than 1% Survival Chance in Dogs with this Cancer.
