It's pretty pricey for what it is but I appreciated the ability to customize so I had to pay for that. Shipping was within the time frame specified, charges were a bit high.. I have been looking for another tag for our pup since his last one was lost. This one is made much better and stronger than the first one we bought at a pet store. I do not think we will have the same experience with this one. Just as I wanted and better than I expected! Buying online can be difficult but with the ability to design it to my preference and seeing the outcome in person, I am very happy and extremely impressed!
