This is a replacement binder because the first one ordered was not properly packaged and the right corner split out. It was thrown loose in the box with another binder. I contacted Zazzle and they quickly verified the damage and said they would put it back into production quickly. I had to send a couple of emails asking for the status. The replacement binder arrived and was packaged very carefully. Took a little longer than I thought, but am quite pleased with the outcome. Clear, vibrant colors on the binder. Love the design. Very sturdy binder. Highly recommend.
