The 12 days of Christmas is a traditional holiday song describing symbolic gifts for each of the 12 days. The verse is more than 200 years old and the gifts are now quirky to modern sensibilities. Who would want 4 calling birds anyway? This design is a cat is acting like he wishes he was deaf as 11 noisy pipers move in his/her general direction. I decided to insert a cat in each design. Why? Because cats are funny! I intend these ornaments to be a collection people can build year after year. There is a template to put the year on too.
