I was so excited about the invitations we designed for my best friend's bridal shower. Her favorite colors are black and white so we knew those would be the colors for her shower and we found the perfect template at zazzle. There was an error in sizing when the invitations were printed so I was disappointed with the product arrived in my mail box. I called customer service, they logged in and walked me through the edits, sent an updated proof and provided the best customer service I have EVER had. The new product arrived over the weekend and looks amazing. My best friend is going to be so excited and I am grateful to Zazzle for the template and the level of professionalism with which they handled the mistake. I will definitely be using them again for invitations and save the dates. They were well worth the money and they have quality paper and envelopes. The colors were even better in person than in the proof. I was concerned about the gold frame and it looks amazing, not washed out. It really pops against the black and white.
