Chic Script Photo Wedding Alphabetic Seating Chart Foam Board

We ordered a wedding seating chart a few weeks prior to our wedding. By nature of the event, you usually don't have final counts and information until then. Delivery date said it would get here in a week, and it did. Greater! However, it appears upon shipping at some point it got damaged and the board has a huge crease in it (looks pretty bad now). I understand this isn't the sellers fault, although packaging was a bit lacking. I reached out immediately to see what we could do, get a replacement, even offered to just pay for a new one. Radio silence from the seller since last week. At this point even if they did work with me it wouldn't get here in time. Also paid extra to get it "professionally reviewed" and nothing was reviewed or confirmed because the grouping at the end was off. Long story short, beware. If you order and it gets damaged or something goes wrong, don't expect a high level of customer service from the vendor trying to work with you to figure out a solution, even if you offer to pay again. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk. .

Exceeded my expectations and came out so amazing. Looking forward to our upcoming bridal shower on Sunday. I used ChatGPT to tweak the design that originally was on the design template and wound up going with a blank project because I wanted sunflowers instead of hydrangeas. .

I wanted to thank you once again for making my son and his wife's rehearsal dinner amazing. The welcome sign and seating card were absolutely stunning and had everyone talking. Your professionalism, craft and communication bring me back every time. I will continue to order from you and promote your business always. This event was so special and you made it even more special.
