Christ and Mary Magdalene in Finnish Countryside Stone Coaster

This design features artwork by the Finnish painter Albert Edelfelt (1854–1905). It shows an imagined meeting between Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene in the rural countryside of Finland. Mary Magdalene is down on her knees with her hands clasped together as she looks up at Jesus, who is holding a large walking stick in his left hand. The original artwork was painted by Albert Edelfelt in 1890.
