I originally bought glossy paper and the ink was messed up so I reordered with matte paper and I’m in love! They let you customize everything even if you already use one of their templates! I LOVE this company for printing. Very good with the matte paper! The glossy paper had some ink smudges so I don’t recommend that if you are having a very special event. They did give me a refund which was nice but you don’t get the shipping cost back which might be notable
