Overall a nice quality t-shirt. I followed the size chart and ordered accordingly. However, the 2x was more of a large. I contacted customer service and they issued a credit to my account. I reordered a 3x and this is now much too large. I am hoping after a wash and hot dry it will fit better.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service. They were friendly and very helpful. Quick to resolve my issues. First shirt which was small, the printing was too low on the shirt. On the reordered shirt the printing was in the corrective area.

Sweatshirt runs true to size. Very comfort able and soft. I received my first sweatshirt and there was a error in printing. I contacted customer service and a replacement was issued. It was received promptly and the print was perfect. Only complaint is that the second print location was placed lower on the chest than the original placement. Still wearable but I would have preferred it higher on the chest.
