Sweatshirt runs true to size. Very comfort able and soft. I received my first sweatshirt and there was a error in printing. I contacted customer service and a replacement was issued. It was received promptly and the print was perfect. Only complaint is that the second print location was placed lower on the chest than the original placement. Still wearable but I would have preferred it higher on the chest.
