Black on white and white on black interlocking stripes meet in the middle to form four small squares. The top diagonal half is white and the bottom half black giving an overall feel of ying and yang. Product is slightly glossy - giving it a bit of liquid resistance. They did curl up a bit because my office is humid, but nothing that I couldn't fix with a paper weight. Standard thickness. I use these to on a three-tier desktop shelf to sort to-dos, to be filed, etc. I loved that they come in a three-piece set. Price wasn't too bad, especially with an easy to acquire 20% promo code and free shipping with ZazzleBlack. It was easy to add my logo and branding colors to these custom folders, after I wasn't happy with any pre-designed folders that I was seeing anywhere else. Colors came out as vibrant as expected. Logo and contact information is crisp and clear.
