I thought the design process was smooth - it was easy to adjust the custom design. . The printing did not turn out well at all. The cutting was completely off center and I would be embarrassed to send these save the date cards out.
I notified Zazzle support of the issue immediately (7/16/24) - they responded stating they would send a replacement free of charge with expedited shipping. I was completely satisfied with this response; however, the replacements still have not been produced/shipped and it's been more than two weeks. I've followed up twice but am told the invites are still in production.
I hoping this review will get someone's attention.

The paper is way better than I even thought it would be. I thought it might be thin but not at all. It’s made extremely sturdy. Even if you wanted to it wouldn’t bend very easily. Picture quality is perfect. There’s not a thing I wouldn’t recommend about these. Everything looked EXACTLY like what it did online. Colors, picture, snowflake everything printed so well.
