Part brainteaser, part assemble-it-yourself art, this challenging, quirky puzzle is great for improving muscle memory. My first attempt to grow oyster mushrooms at home. This is the ninth day of growth, when the colony really begins come together, with visibly growing brown caps, light brown gills, and thickening stems squeezing inside the tiny cardboard box as they proliferate a bit every day, expanding upwards and outwards, in an almost fan-like pattern.
