The invitations looked great. I do wish your interactive website was more user friendly- otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
I also appreciated Zazzle's customer service when the post office failed to deliver the invitations to my office (not Zazzle's fault) and sent them back return to sender. The Zazzle representative helped me by offering to reprint my invites at no cost and send them out immediately. The invites still went out on time.
I will definitely use your site again. Please make it a little easier to customize invites. They looked Great! They were on nice quality paper and turned out just they way they looked on line.

I am absolutely in love with the way my invites looks, the mom was unbelievably surprised and grateful. We were wary of sending off for a mail in shower, but step one was to personalize it... we started with these invitations. The printing was great; no errors... HOWEVER the writing on the back of the invitation turned out upside down... I’m a bit persnickety, so this bothered me.
The writing on the back appeared to be right-side-up on the preview, so this is something I’ll have to look into more carefully when using zazzleblack.
