Coelacanth- The Living Fossil Laptop Sleeve

The coelacanth, Latimeria chalumnae, is a lobe-finned fish (sarcopterygii) once thought to have gone extinct in the Late Cretaceous, only to be discovered by a scientist in a fisherman's catch in Africa in 1938. A second species, Latimeria menadoensis, was discovered in the late 1990s in Indonesia. This product features a cartoon drawing of a blue, spotted coelacanth on a brown background, with the word "Coelacanth." A great gift for a biologist, paleontologist, or lover of rare and unusual animals!

I love this sleeve! The artwork is incredible and the colors are bright and amazing! The quality is outstanding! I bought this for my ipad, it already has a cover, but I got this for extra protection, and it is easily washable-unlike my pink leather cover. The small size is perfect for an ipad, especially with a cover. You may want to air out the cover for a day or two to get rid of the new neoprene smell, but other than that tiny detail, it is PERFECT!! The printing is Vibrant and Colorful- clear and beautiful. I am sooo pleased!
