August 6th holds a fond memory for us. It's the day we rescued Miss Boo (who is no longer with us). She loved music, so I wanted to design a specialty coffee box to honour her memory. There was something grandmotherly about her, she had a maturity, a quiet knowing and a calming presence. About the coffee: I was impressed by the leadership of Roastify (which distributes it): https://www.roastify.app/our-team Not only has the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) assigned a Q-Grade of 80 or more, but they are Editor Cat APPROVED too. To be considered a "specialty coffee", a minimum of 80 points must be earned.
