Colorful Abstract with Patterns & Grungy Texture Post-it Notes

"That Day in Her Life" is a fun, funky, colorful celebration of color, texture and pattern. This is a digital piece of abstract art. Using a palette of vivid pink, green, turquoise, yellow, green, purple and blue, I added a retro pattern to cover the full surface, then interspersed rings of dots that make up happy circles. After erasing parts of the circles with grungy, scratchy brushes, I then blended the layers to get the messy, highly-textured results that pleased me. This design is for color lovers, for those who enjoy retro patterns, who enjoy circles, dots, funky waves and curves, and for those who enjoy messy-mixed-with-pretty. The palette is a bit girly but this isn't prissy artwork. You can enjoy pretty AND hardcore textures, too.
