It is definitely as shown and described in the listing. It is a piece of elastic with printing on it, tied in a knot at one end. I feel the price is too high for what you get, but that's just my opinion. Printing was nice and clear and colorful.

Its stretchable, and the length can also be adjusted further by pulling, loosening or tightening the knot but it may not fit very large wrists. Also due to the size of the hair tie bracelet its not good for very detailed work.
