Commodore 64 CBM64 geeky Dad New York City T-shirt

The first computer I bought for my own money back in the eighties, I like the retro chic of the Commodore 64 startup screen, and the geekiness of making your own BASIC programs on it. There has been a trend in t-shirts for quite a few years now along the lines of "My <friend or family member> went to <location> and all I got was this lousy t-shirt", so I thought I'd make the geeky version as a CBM64 BASIC program. Kids these days won't get it, but anyone who grew up and lived through the true dawn of personal computing will nod knowingly when they see this statement of nostalgia, retro chic and geekiness. Unfortunately, Zazzle does not offer a C64-accurate font, and so I've had to create every element of this design myself in Adobe Illustrator and can't make it a user-editable template here. It is very easy for me to make new designs and combinations, of course - or indeed other colours - so don't hesitate to contact me by email at mail@galleryhakon.com if you wish one of these saying something else than the ones I've already uploaded.
