Congratulations Bright Yellow & Green Ombre Banner

Over a cheerful yellow and green gradient ombre background, I've added graphics and text placeholders to create a festive, versatile banner. At the top, faux confetti seems to fall from above. Using a casual handwriting font, I prepared a graphic that reads "Congratulations". Below that are two template fields; one is for the celebrant's name and the other enables you to add the message of your choosing. You might simply change it from "We Are So Proud of You!" to "We Are So Happy For You!" Or change the entire field to say something altogether different! You can also remove it. All layers were added separately and left unlocked so reposition and resize as you see fit to make this design your own.
