Congratulations Rose Gold Graduation Photo Collage Foam Board

I had ordered a large poster/photo collage from Zazzle for my daughter's graduation and when I checked the status of the order 10 days after placing the order, I realized that my order is lost somewhere and will definitely not arrive at the time I need it. I called Zazzel and was trying to figure out how to get my order reprinted/expedited/overnighted. The customer service rep who I spoke with was not terribly helpful, but once I reached a manager (Kelly, I believe), she confirmed that my order was lost someplace by UPS and reassured me that they will get my order re-printed and expedited. The poster arrived 1 hour before the event!! I am super thankful! I am taking one star off for 2 reasons. 1. One of the photos in my collage came out really blurry. Not a huge deal, because the rest is beautiful, but I wish Zazzle had notified me somehow that this particular photo is not amazing. 2.Until I reached the manager, regular customer service wasn't willing to go above an beyond. But enough of complaining on my end! End result is great and I am still amazed that it arrived on time!

Very Beautiful. Will Definitely order again in the future. Purchased 18×24 size board which was perfect. Received compliments on how beautiful it was. Special thank you to the Designer and to Zazzle 🩷.

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
