This mug was of exceptionaal nice quality. The printing was PERFECT!! loved the different fonts and I could pick different shades of red for the names, and the printing turned out great, no defects.

My grandson has a unique name so it is very hard to find anything with his name on it. I have mugs with my granddaughters' names on them but could not find anything for my grandson and he felt left out. This mug has his name all over it! He said "it is the best mug in the world"! : )
This new design is great and can last into adulthood (hopefully)!
Service was quick and the ceramic mug was packaged carefully and arrived safely. Printing is crystal clear and my changes to the design were kept.
