About This Design
Cray Pattern (by William Morris) Metal Ornament
This design is based on a pattern created by British designer William Morris (1834–1896), who helped to found the Arts and Crafts Movement. This pattern, known as Cray, is part of a series of gently flowing patterns inspired by tributaries of the River Thames (the other patterns were called Evenlode, Kennet, Wey, Wandle and Medway). William Morris had a great love for the River Thames and he enjoyed many boat trips on the water. The Cray pattern is very complex, including different layers of large and small flowers, branches and stems. In order to create this pattern, William Morris needed 34 printing blocks, which was more than for any other pattern he had created.

Beautiful velvet pouch. The ornament was smaller than I expected, (see image with quarter for size reference) but that's customer-error because I didn't think about dimensions in description. I still love it and am pleased with purchase.

We wanted an elegant looking ornament to add to our family Christmas tree and we were very excited to see we were given the option to upgrade to this one as we customized the art work. We loved it, the product is very well made. I knew the product would be elegant but was pleasantly surprised at the weight of the item and that it came in a protective pouch we can use to store.

What a cute ornament with all the best bosses from Mega Man 1-4! The coating (to keep from scratching) almost feels like podge glue. Awesome! Very awesome - see my photo for size.
