I love the stainless steel look of this product. Automatically makes it look more valuable. The ability to choose the background yourself is great and I love that I can change the lighting of the selected picture as well as choose the font that best fits the mood and tone I'm going for. I designed this mug as a replacement gift after I accidentally broke my mom's personalized mug. I presented it to her and she seemed to really love the thought and effort put into it, although I think she just liked that I selected the "right" photo. LOL. Pretty good. The image and background does naturally look darken and faded on steel though-so I suggest brightening up the photo or pumping up the contrast or saturation. Don't pick a background or image that's already too faded.

My sons are grown up now and have just about everything they need. So, at Christmas, I sent them mugs with a childhood photo of the three of them holding hands plus the words "Love lasts" on the cups. They loved them. The photo I downloaded was not of the highest quality being quite old, so it came out as good as I could expect. I have had cards printed by Zazzle and due to my own photos being better, they came out perfectly, so upload your highest quality photos when you can.
